Booking, Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Legal basis

Part of your contract with vertexloomb.com (Lviv, Ukraine), these terms follow the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII, the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII and the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/96-ВР.

2. Payment

Prices are in hryvnia (UAH) and include all taxes, fees and charges. A 30% deposit is due at booking; the balance is due at least 30 calendar days before departure.

3. Cancellation by the traveller

Written notice to us sets the refund:

• 30 or more days: 70% (deposit retained)
• 15–29 days: 50%
• 7–14 days: 25%
• Under 7 days or no-show: no refund

Documented third-party costs already paid are deducted.

4. Operator changes

If we cancel a departure other than for your breach, you may take a full refund or a tour of equal or greater value, within 14 calendar days of your written choice. Weather or safety may require route or accommodation changes; the cost of services not provided is refunded.

5. Refunds and complaints

Refunds go to the original payment method in UAH within 14 calendar days of approval; if unavailable, we transfer to a bank account in your name. Complaints: contact@vertexloomb.com or +380 634 032 7983, answered within 30 calendar days. Unresolved disputes may go to Ukraine's consumer protection authority or the courts.

6. Language

Information about services and prices is provided in Ukrainian under the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" No. 2704-VIII. We do not sell tours to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
