Included in the package price
- Licensed tour leader for the full weekend programme.
- Accommodation at the property named in your package.
- Meals stated in the programme, usually breakfast and one dinner.
- Entry fees for listed sites and local transfers between them.
Not included
- Travel to and from the weekend start point.
- Personal gear, travel and medical insurance.
- Drinks, extra meals, alcohol, tips and souvenirs.
- Anything not expressly listed as included.
Group size and season
Departures are capped at 12 travellers, minimum 4 to run, from April to October; other dates are confirmed individually. If we cancel, choose another date or a full refund.
Visas and entry rules
International travellers must hold a valid passport and any required visa, and meet Ukrainian entry rules before departure; verify details with the Embassy of Ukraine.
Prices, advertising and language
Prices are in hryvnia and include all taxes and fees; promotions state all material conditions (Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-ВР). A Ukrainian version of this page prevails (Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" No. 2704-VIII).
Your rights and complaints
Tour-operator activity is licensed under the Law of Ukraine "On Licensing of Business Activities" No. 1775-III and regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/96-ВР; programme, accommodation, transport, insurance and prices are disclosed before contract conclusion. Distance sales follow the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII.
