2. Data we collect

• Booking inquiries: name, email, phone, dates, group size, notes.
• Payments: handled by our payment providers; we never store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, pages viewed, cookie identifiers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Inquiries and offers (consent; pre-contract steps); booked tours, payments and invoices (contract); site analytics (legitimate interest); accounting duties (law). Marketing email only with consent, withdrawable at any time.

4. Sharing and cookies

We share what is needed with certified guides and local providers in your tour programme, plus payment, email, hosting and analytics providers acting on our instructions. We never sell personal data. Analytics cookies can be refused in your browser.

5. Retention and security

Inquiries are kept 24 months after our last contact; accounting documents for the term required by Ukrainian law. Data may be stored in Ukraine or the EEA under appropriate safeguards.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@vertexloomb.com; we reply within 30 days. Complaints go to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

7. Language and changes

Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian, the state language, under the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" No. 2704-VIII; this English text is a translation. We may publish updated versions here.
