Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of vertexloomb.com and the booking of our weekend routes.

Booking and payment

Send a request; we confirm availability within 24 hours. Pay a deposit to reserve places and the balance before departure. Confirmation states the route, the full price including all taxes and fees, and the cancellation and refund terms.

Capacity and conduct

Routes run in small groups with limited capacity; booking closes when a route is full. Respect other travellers, follow safety instructions, and avoid behaviour that endangers the group; a serious breach may end participation without refund.

Obligations, changes and liability

We are a licensed tour operator in Ukraine and disclose the route, transport, accommodation, insurance and price before you book. Routes may be adjusted for weather, safety or road conditions; material changes are communicated promptly, and if a change is significant you may rebook or cancel. Our liability for a route is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law provides otherwise.

Complaints, data and language

Write to contact@vertexloomb.com; we reply within 30 days, and complaints are handled under Ukrainian consumer law. Personal data is processed on the basis of consent. Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian; this English text is a convenience translation.
